Running Blind Band

  Running Blind is a high energy rock show with seasoned musicians who are dedicated to entertaining you. With the experience and drive RB knows what it takes to bring the people in and keep them in. With the best modern rock covers and RB's blend of originals they are the band to see in 2013 and beyond.  
     Running Blind has made quite the impact on the local music scene in Northeast Wisconsin in the past 8 years. After years of experimenting with different line ups and genres they feel very proud of the product they bring to you now. Quickly elevating their song list to over 200 songs ranging from 70's to today's current rock with full blown electric shows to very personal acoustic shows. Giving it 110% every show, every time and every where they go.
     Running Blind has opened some some of the coolest national bands like Seether, Finger Eleven, Trapt, Skid row, Quiet Riot, LA Guns to mention a few and have played some of the best venues from The Elbo Room in Chicago, The Rave in Milwaukee many times to venues in your back yard from Sheboygan to Fond Du Lac, The Lakeshore to Green Bay, The Valley to lower Michigan and some amazing Festivals. Bay Fest, Walleye Weekend, Kiwanis Fish Derby, Rock Fest in Cadott, Fire on The Fox, Riverfest and much more.
    Running Blind has received the Readers Choice Award in Manitowoc County for Best Local Band in 2008 and 2009 and where the runner up band in 2010. They average 60 to 80 shows a year from lower Michigan to Milwaukee which has gained them a fan base of over 3700 on Facebook and many other online sites with the fan base growing every week. In 2011 they became members of WAMI and are also working on their 3rd full length original CD due to release in 2012.
    Their debut acoustic CD "The Other Side" was released in 2008 and has gained them much success with Radio, TV and opened the doors for opening for national Acts. In 2010 the release of the all electric CD "Rise From Within" is already gaining great reviews from radio, fans and other musicians. Our goal for 2013 is to set the bar even higher for themselves and bring you the best rock and roll show you will see and hear.

   NOW ONTO 2013. We are happy to introduce the newest yet a very familiar face back to the Running Blind family.  Mr. Johnny Turppa will be back at the helm as our new front man. Not only does he have vast background in the local music scene but was also the original Lead Singer for Running Blind 8 years ago..
